Our story began in 2012, in the coastal town of Byron Bay, Australia — where life moves a little slower, and comfort has always come first.

Over time, we found it harder to find clothing that truly felt right. Everything became faster, tighter, and made for trends that didn’t last. Like many everyday Aussies, we simply wanted clothing that felt comfortable, easy to wear, and made for real life.

When health challenges became part of our lives, it made us realise even more how important it is to wear pieces that feel gentle and relaxed — for every body, across all sizes.

Oceara was created from those moments — inspired by the relaxed Australian way of life, and designed for everyday comfort and quiet confidence.

Today, as we quietly celebrate our Anniversary, every order means more than ever. It helps us continue what we started back in Byron Bay — creating clothing trusted by Aussie customers across Australia.

Jack prepares every order with care, often working late into the night.

Sarah helps customers find clothing that truly feels right.

Tom keeps day-to-day operations running seamlessly.
