Definition of consumer
A consumer is any natural person who performs a legal act which cannot predominantly be attributed to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date on which:

• you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), have taken possession of the goods, insofar as you have ordered one or more goods under one order and these have been delivered at the same time;
• you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), have taken possession of the last goods, insofar as you have ordered several goods under one order and these have been delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must always first contact us at support@ocearafashion.com. You will then receive further instructions for returning the goods or a possible alternative solution.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notice concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this agreement, we shall reimburse to you all payments we have received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 30 days.

Depending on the situation, the company may, in consultation with you, propose an alternative solution that does not require a physical return. This can save you time, cost, and effort.

We may delay reimbursement until we have:

• received the returned goods, or
• received confirmation from you that the goods have been sent, whichever occurs first.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Environmental consideration
We value the environment and aim to reduce transport. Therefore, in some cases, we may propose an alternative solution instead of a return.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to agreements for:

• goods that are not prefabricated and are manufactured based on an individual choice or decision of the consumer;
• perishable goods or goods with a limited shelf life;
• alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon in the agreement, but which can only be delivered at the earliest 30 days after the conclusion of the agreement and the value of which depends on market fluctuations;
• newspapers, periodicals or magazines, except for subscriptions;
• sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health or hygiene, if the seal has been broken after delivery;
• goods which, by their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods;
• audio and video recordings and computer software in sealed packaging if the seal has been broken after delivery.
